- Weather Conditions: The entire Visayas, Palawan (including the Kalayaan Islands), and Occidental Mindoro will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.


- Winds: Light to moderate winds from the south to southwest will prevail across the region, with slight to moderate seas.
