- Cause: Trough of the Low Pressure Area (LPA).

- Impacts: Potential for flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rainfall.


Specific Areas Affected:

- Caraga, Davao Region, and SOCCSKSARGEN: Expect cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rains and thunderstorms. Heavy rains may cause flash floods or landslides.

- Central Visayas, Southern Leyte, and the rest of Mindanao: Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. Moderate to heavy rains may result in flash floods or landslides.

- Aurora, Quezon, and Bicol Region: Cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon, but no significant impact is expected.

Eastern Sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao:

- Wind Speed: Moderate to Strong.

- Direction: Northeast to North.

- Coastal Water: Moderate to Rough.

- Wind Speed: Moderate to Strong.

- Direction: East to Northeast.

- Coastal Water: Moderate to Rough.
