SYNOPSIS: As of 3:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was located at 835 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (24.8°N, 128.7°E). The Southwest Monsoon is affecting Southern Luzon and the Visayas.

Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan:
- Weather: Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms
- Cause: Southwest Monsoon
- Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains
The rest of Bicol Region, the rest of MIMAROPA, and the rest of CALABARZON:
- Weather: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms
- Cause: Southwest Monsoon
- Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
