Synopsis: According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), a Ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) is extending over Northern Luzon, influencing the weather patterns across the region.

General Condition: 

- Weather: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

- Cause: Localized thunderstorms.

- Impacts: There is a possibility of flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Luzon and Visayas:  

- Wind Speed: Light to Moderate.

- Direction: Southwest to Northwest.

- Coastal Water: Slight to Moderate (0.6 to 2.1 meters).
