SYNOPSIS: As of 3:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was located approximately 575 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (24.6°N, 125.6°E). The Southwest Monsoon is currently affecting Central and Southern Luzon, as well as the Visayas.

- Location: Tropical Depression located 2,005 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (25.8°N, 140.7°E)

- Maximum Sustained Winds: 55 km/h

- Gustiness: Up to 70 km/h

- Movement: Almost stationary

- Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan:

  - Weather Condition: Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.

  - Cause: Southwest Monsoon.

  - Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
