The southwest monsoon is currently affecting the western section of Extreme Northern Luzon.


Forecast Weather Conditions:


Batanes and Babuyan Islands: Expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon. Possible impacts include flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The Rest of the Country: Anticipate partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms. These conditions may also result in flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Luzon and Visayas: Winds will be light to moderate, coming from the southwest to west, with coastal waters expected to be slight to moderate (0.6 to 2.1 meters).

Mindanao: Winds will be light to moderate from the southwest, with slight to moderate coastal waters (0.6 to 1.5 meters).
